For cystic fibrosis the recording illustrates a productive cough consistent with the
fictional case; the source patient had bronchiectasis, not cystic fibrosis.
These are illustrative recordings from other people, not recordings of the fictional portraits.
Cough alone does not establish a diagnosis. No scores or findings are changed by playback.
Cases without a matched sample remain silent. Chronic bronchitis/Bekova needs a
female productive-cough recording; a male sample is deliberately not substituted.
